'Come home soon' - that is the message from the distraught family of Leonard Bonner who has been missing for more than a month.

The 64-year-old carpenter from Chelmer Crescent, Barking, discharged himself from Newham Hospital on February 2 and has not been seen since.

Now his wife Brenda has spoke to the POST and told of her deep concern for her husband's safety.

She said: "The whole family is very upset. This is extremely out of character and we are all very worried about him.

"We want him to come back home as soon as possible, we all miss him so much."
