Can you help identify a man police would like to speak to about a sexual assault in Pondfield Park?

A woman in her 40s was befriended by the suspect close to Dagenham Heathway station on the evening of August 13 last year.

She walked with him to Reede Road and was taken into the part of the park close to the railway line where she was sexually assaulted.

The suspect is described as Asian and in his mid 20s to early 30s.

He is between 5ft 2ins and 5ft 6ins tall, of slim to average build, with dark brown eyes and at the time of the assault had short, neat black hair.

If you were in the Pondfield Park area between 10.15pm and 10.40pm on the day the assault took place, or recognise the man, you are asked to call 101 quoting reference 5113111/14.
