The jury is considering its verdict in the case of the suspected serial killer.
Mr Port, 41, is accused of murdering four gay men, including 25-year-old Jack Taylor from Dagenham, between June 2014 and September 2015.
He also faces charges of murdering Gabriel Kovari, 22, Daniel Whitworth, 21, and Anthony Walgate, 23.
Mr Port, who lives in Cooke Street, Barking, is accused of killing the men with overdoses of date rape drug GHB.
Mr Justice Openshaw concluded his summing up at approximately 10.45am, with the jury now deliberating whether Mr Port is guilty of the 29 counts against him.
He faces four alternative charges of manslaughter for the murder counts, seven counts of rape, four assaults by penetration and nine counts of administering a substance with intent.
Mr Port denies all charges against him.
