A group of three men from Dagenham will stand trial later this year accused of gun crimes.
Daniel Geoffrey Hart, 35, of Norfolk Road, James John Birkett, 31, of Ibscott Close, and Charles Pennington, 19, of Maxey Road, appeared with Kenny Steven Poynter, 31, of Rush Green Gardens, Romford, at Snaresbrook Crown Court yesterday.
They all denied possessing firearms and ammunition and a trial will begin on July 11, expected to last three weeks.
Birkett also pleaded guilty to cultivating cannabis on October 5, and will be sentenced after the trial.
