A 14-year-old boy from Barking has been arrested on suspicion of the attempted murder of another teenager.
The 15-year-old victim was stabbed in the chest in Pitsea, Essex, at around 4.30pm on Wednesday, August 12.
Five teenagers, including the boy from Barking, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and released on bail until October 14 pending further enquiries.
The others arrested are a 19-year-old man, a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl, all from Basildon, and another 15-year-old girl from Billericay.
