The car dealership in Ripple Road was among the top 100 most trusted firms in the poll compiled by the government-backed watchdog Motor Codes on Thursday.
Dagenham Motors was in the top five in the South West region last week. The dealership is part of Ford retail, which had 14 outlets nominated in the survey of motorists, a spokesman for the car maker said.
