A Barking man was due to appear in court this morning charged with the murder of a 17-year-old in Ilford.
Dale Williams, 19, was charged with the murder of Kelvin Chibueze on August 15 in Ilford, and violent disorder.
He will appear in custody at Redbridge Magistrates’ Court accused of stabbing the teenager, who grew up in Dagenham but was living in Croydon at the time.
