A man was taken to hospital with serious head injuries after having bricks thrown at him yesterday.
Police were called to Grove Road at 4.25pm after receiving reports of bricks being thrown at a man.
The injured man is in his twenties and was taken to hospital in a serious condition. An arrest has been made.
The incident happened at the junction with Chadwell Heath Lane, Chadwell Heath.
