Workers at a car showroom are going the extra mile by collecting Easter eggs for sick children.
An Easter egg appeal for Richard House Children’s Hospice in Beckton is being run by Dagenham Motors in Ripple Road, Barking.
General manager Howard Clifforth said: “With so many great deals in the supermarkets this Easter, buying an extra egg and donating it to the Dagenham Motors appeal couldn’t be simpler, and is a great way to bring an extra bit of happiness to local children.”
The dealership collected shoeboxes for poor children at Christmas and organises fundraisers throughout the year.
