A Dagenham man charged with attempted rape, sexual assault and two counts of robbery has been held in custody as he waits for his next court appearance.
Vaidas Erminas was charged with the sexual assault and robbery of a woman in an alley between Gorsebrook Road and Ripple Road, Dagenham on February 3.
The 25-year-old was also charged with the robbery of a woman at the junction of Rectory Road and Church Elm Lane, Dagenham, on February 19 and the attempted rape of the same woman in Goresbrook Park, Dagenham on the same day.
He appeared at a preliminary hearing at Snaresbrook Crown Court on October 26, where a plea and case management hearing was set for January 4.
Erminas, of Vincent Road, has been in custody since his arrest and will remain behind bars until this date.
