Dagenham man charged with driving offences following A12 collision

A Dagenham man has been charged following a serious collision on the A12 that left a woman in a life-threatening condition.
Ashley Jackson, 29, of Hunters Hall Road, is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
He is charged with aggravated vehicle taking, no insurance and driving without a licence.
In addition, he has been released under investigation for causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving while unfit.
The charges relate to a collision that took place at Kelvedon, Essex, in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
