A 40-year-old man will go on trial later this year charged with the manslaughter of a 48-year-old man found collapsed in Barking.
Lee Baker, of Crispe House, Dovehouse Mead, Barking, appeared before the Old Bailey yesterday and will return for a hearing on September 5.
A provisional trial date has been set for December 5.
