A plea hearing date has been set for three 16-year-olds charged with murdering Duran Kajiama Makongolo.

The suspects, who can’t be named for legal reasons, appeared at the Old Bailey yesterday and were remanded in custody to return on February 7 for a plea hearing.

They are also charged with attempted murder of a 16-year-old.

Duran, 17, was fatally stabbed in Church Street, Dagenham, on November 12.
