A man has been put behind bars for four weeks for recklessly smashing a car windscreen and threatening the driver.
Sachia Singh, 25, admitted criminal damage during an incident at Victoria Road in Barking on January 7.
He also pleaded guilty to abusive and disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment or distress to car owner Mohammed Ahmed when he appeared before Barkingside magistrates.
Sigh, from Faircross Avenue in Barking, was slapped with a 28-day jail sentence because the “serious offences” were committed while he was already on bail for two other matters.
No compensation order was made against Singh because of the custody sentence.
