This man is wanted by police in connection with a terrifying armed robbery at a Dagenham bookmakers.
The suspect, aged between 20 and 25, was standing inside Coral Bookmakers, in Oxlow Lane at about 7pm on August 21, while his accomplice brandished a gun at the female cashier and forced her to hand over cash. The pair then ran out of the shop in to Oxlow Lane where they collided with a Ford Escort car as they tried to cross the road.
Seemingly uninjured, they ran off into Croppath Road followed by a member of the public who then lost sight of them. No arrests have been made. The man armed with the gun, described as a semi-automatic pistol, was wearing a blue and white hooded top and is also believed to be between 20 and 25 years old.
