A 34-year-old man has received a police caution following reports of a sexual offence on a train.
The man, from Southend, was arrested on Thursday, March 19, following a British Transport Police media appeal relating to an incident on the c2c line through Barking in February.
Following an interview, the man was given a police caution.
Pc Les Dunnett, who investigated the offence, said: “I would like to thank the members of the public who came forward with information.
“I would also like to thank local media for publicising this appeal.”
