Tattooed man wanted by police after bus driver assault in Barking and Dagenham

A tattooed man is wanted by Police following an assault on a bus driver in Barking and Dagenham.

The bus driver’s protective screen was smashed and he was then punched in the face during the incident on board a route N15 bus in Longbridge Road, Dagenham at around 1.40am on Sunday, October 28.

The busman, who was driving at the time, suffered a cut to his left hand and a sore right eye.

His attacker, described as a white male aged 18 to 20 with brown hair, a slim build and tattoos on his arm, fled as soon as the bus was stopped and the doors opened.
