Please can anybody tell me why the refuse collectors refuse point blank to take our recycling bags from outside our flats in Broad Street? The first lorry takes black bags, the second lorry refuses to take orange bags and then a van comes along to collect
Please can anybody tell me why the refuse collectors refuse point blank to take our recycling bags from outside our flats in Broad Street?
The first lorry takes black bags, the second lorry refuses to take orange bags and then a van comes along to collect them.
Who is running this service? It's been going on for weeks.
