AN ARSON probe could have turned into a murder investigation, say police.
Six people fled flats in Althorne Way, Dagenham, after it is thought a push- chair in a ground-floor communal area was set alight. One woman was treated for smoke inhalation. Det Con Malcolm Young said: "An entire block was put at risk due to someone's stupid actions.''
