MILLIONAIRE tycoon Martin Sullivan may get a £35million pay-off after he was ousted from his high-powered job, double the amount reported last week.

The Dagenham raised businessman was chief executive of the American International Group (AIG) until shareholders lost faith in him.

Mr Sullivan is the latest victim of the global credit crunch with AIG incurring losses of £15.4billion while he was in charge.

An emergency board meeting was called after worried shareholders called for Mr Sullivan's resignation.
