Phil Jevons nets a penalty to make it 1-1

FULL TIME: Its a draw here, but there will be more reaction in a second.

Well then, apologies for the rather short Match Day Live today, but traffic circumstances prevented full coverage.

Both managers are relatively happy with the point, and Daggers now have two tricky away matches to come, at Barnet and then Hereford.

Join us there, hopefully from the start this time!

85MINS: Spiller runs half the length of the pitch, but his ball is behind Benson and the danger is gone, while Green bursts down the flank too, but his cross shot flashes across the goal.

Morecambe are still pushing for a winner too and Roberts almost gifts them one, when he drops Wilson's shot twice, but Mullin just can't get a toe on the rebound.

75MINS: Craney has been withdrawn now, McIlroy clearly unimpressed with his players challenge and doesnt want to run the risk of going a man down.

Daggers are starting to get on top now and Green had a low shot gathered by Roche at his near post.

Nasty there, as Thurgood challenges Craney, who clearly unhappy with the tackle, goes in very late on the Daggers man and earns a yellow.

Arber is clearly incensed by the decision and both teams are having words with each other, fiesty stuff!

65MINS: This is turning into a good contest now with both sides piling forward.

Mullin was inches away from getting onto Jevons cross, while Scott then put a bullet header wide from Griffiths ball.

Im going to stick my neck on the line and say there will be another goal in this, which way it goes is less easy to predict though.

Jamey Barron has been in touch, always good to hear from you.

Nice to see you made it Mike!

Let's hope results stay as they are - a Daggers win, with Burton hanging on for a draw leaves us top!

Good little run coming up for us through October - this would set us up excellently if we can achieve the 3 points!

Come on Daggers!

PEN to MORECAMBE - Jevons scores

Daggers pegged back here as Roberts brought down Drummond who was bursting through, and the ref awarded the penalty.

Although the keeper protested, it was a clear spotkick, and Jevons tapped it home into the bottomn corner.

Well, apologies for all the delays, but the M11 was complete gridlock due to an accident, and there was no way of getting here.

Anyway, in the first half, Scott put the hosts ahead with a fine finish into the bottom corner, and they could be further ahead at the start of the second, but Griffiths put an effort too close to the keeper and Scott fired over.

Match Day Live will be severely delayed today due to traffic problems on the M11.

At the moment, Im in complete gridlock, and havent moved for at least 30 minutes, so the commentary might be available after half time, but its not looking good at the moment.

The Post is running it's Match Day Live for Daggers League Two clash with Morecambe today.

John Still's side boast a 100 per cent record at Victoria Road, though the Shrimpers will be in good heart after defeating Notts County last weekend.
