Daggers lose their unbeaten home record to Rochdale

FULL TIME - Daggers have been beaten here, check back for a match report this evening.

Thomas has been sent off here too, with a shocking challenge on Dagnall, the last thing they needed.

Four minutes of added time here!

All change here as Dale now are having all the play and its unbelievable how this match has swung.

Thurgood has gone off injured, while Scott is also off as Nurse and Thomas have come on.

GOALFLASH - Higginbotham and Dawson have put Dale 2-1 up!

65MINS: Nip and tuck as to where this game is going to go, Daggers are having the better of it, but they havent got that precious second goal.

Some miss from Scott there, put in the clear by Green but with Benson and Miller screaming for the ball, he tried to put the ball into the top corner, and missed by quite a considerable distance!

50MINS: Quiet start to the second half here until Miller has just seen a shot well saved by the keeper, who has been impressive this afternoon.

Buckley is causing problems already though with his direct running, something that was sorely lacking in the first half.

Underway here, as Buckley is on for McArdle.

HALF TIME Cracking first 45 for the hosts there and they are deservedly one goal to the good - can they keep up the pressure and get a second though, or will Dale start to come into this game as an attacking force?

Only a few minutes to the break now and Daggers are still searching for that second - but its been a tremendous first half for the hosts, they have been seriously good.

35MINS: A let off for Daggers there as Dagnall prods home but the linesman had his flag up, quite late it must be said, and the goal was chalked off.

Antwi has since hit the post, as Daggers looked a class apart in the attacking third.

Some lovely stuff being played by the hosts here, with their midfielders having a field day.

Benson could have had a penalty just then, after he was brought down by O'Grady, but nothing was given.

Antwi has just also absolutely thundered a header over from a corner, that would have literally burst the net!

22MINS: Dale seem to have settled slightly now and Daggers are being kept at arms length.

The fast start proved just what the hosts needed though as they got the goal they were after, meaning Dale have to come and attack now.

15MINS: Excellent opening 15 from the hosts here and it could be 2-0, but Heaton made a tremendous tip over from Scotts shot and then the striker swivelled to to fire over.

Dale have yet to be seen as an attacking force, while Thurgood is putting some glorious passes to either flank.

Positive signs so far it has to be said.

GOALFLASH - Peter Gain opens the scoring here after a good cross by Green caused mayhem in the area. Gain's header just nestled in the top corner with the keeper left standing.

That all came about too after nice interchange by Nana, Scott and Green - good football on display here so far

And we're underway here with Daggers already forcing the visitors into some uncomfortable moments here.

Dagger todays have the enforced change today with Mark Arber missing out and Will Antwi recovering to take his place alongside Scott Doe.

Josh Scott is back upfront too, as Jon Nurse has dropped to the bench.

Both Adam Miller and Nana Ofori-Twusami are in for their home debuts too in what promises to be an excellent clash.
