DAGENHAM & REDBRIDGE put in a fine performance in a training ground friendly at Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur this afternoon.
Daggers were eventually beaten 3-0 by a side containing the like of Jonathan Woodgate, Michael Dawson, Roman Pavlyuchenko, Alan Hutton and David Bentley.
Pavlyuchenko netted twice, while youngster Dean Parrett bagged the third goal, in a hard-fought encounter.
Spurs development coach, Clive Allen said: "It was an excellent match for us and another training ground game that we've got a lot out of.
"Dagenham made it difficult for us, we had to solve problems and the most important thing is that the players have had the right sort of work out and we've got the right result at the end of it."
