The run-in to that elusive European place is beginning to look marginal given the teams we have to play.

I think that even if we miss out (which I hope we don't) - the season has been a success.

The positives are a progressive management team (we must get GZ/SC signed up quickly), a fantastic set of young players who can only get better (in spite of what Harry R thinks) and an excellent rehab team that are sorting out one of West Ham's old problems - overlong injury lists.

In view of the change in tone about LBM (and for that matter CC) over the season - it's got to be worth seeing how Deano goes when really fit and under GZ/SC's perceptive gaze.
