THE DIGITAL switchover is coming to Barking and Dagenham - but some council tenants are less than happy about the installation of aerials that will see them charged 70p a week to watch TV.

More than 13,000 households will be affected borough-wide as the council installs communal aerials they say will prevent blocks of flats being cluttered with satellite dishes.

However some tenants are calling the move a "discrimination" against those living in flats and apartments.
