The power has been returned at a car park in Barking which means drivers must now pay to use it from tomorrow.

A power cut at the car park in London Road resulted in free parking for motorists as the ticket machine was not working.

Anyone who uses the car park from tomorrow must pay or they will be fined.

Drivers are being advised not to use the top floor as there will be no lighting until next week.
