All Saints School in Dagenham recorded the same as last year after 72 per cent of students achieved A*-C grades with maths and English.
A total of 87 per cent of pupils achieved five or more A*-C grades.
One of the top students was Alex Bolton who received nine A*s, two As and one B.
Headteacher Kevin Wilson said: “We are absolutely delighted for the teachers and students. They worked extremely hard and things in general are looking really good for the school.”
