A-levels: Warren School update

Top-scoring Warren School in Chadwell Heath achieved a 100 per cent A-level pass rate, they announced this morning.

The sixth form students at the Whalebone Lane North comprehensive achieved 68 per cent at A*-C and 31 per cent at A*-B.

Headteacher Francois Van Rensburg expressed his joy over the results. He said: “To have a 100 per cent pass rate amongst students is brilliant.

“Our motto is serious about success and our students have shown that. I’m very proud.”

Jade Timson-Proud, 18, of Fambridge Road, Dagenham achieved A, B, C and two distinctions in Art. She is off to study fashion management at the London College of Fashion.

She said: “I’m shaking, I was really nervous about my results but I am very happy with what I got. I’m going to dance the night away to celebrate.”
