Barking rowers have won a team relay that pitted the skills of students across the capital.
The group from Barking Abbey School took part in the sports charity challenge at the University of East London centre called SportsDock in Gallions Reach.
Students from secondary schools and colleges in Barking and Dagenham, Bexley, Hackney and Hounslow went head to head in the competition on December 14.
The London Youth Rowing sports charity and UeL organised the challenge, which also gave students advice on pursuing sports careers.
