Whether it’s Fantastic Mr Fox, Matilda or Willy Wonka, everyone has their favourite Roald Dahl character.
Pupils at Northbury Infant School in North Street, Barking had the chance to fully immerse themselves in the weird and wonderful world of the children’s author by donning outfits and face-paint to transform themselves into goodies and baddies from his fascinating tales.
Among the bright, colourful faces were Oompa-Loompas, witches and woodland creatures. The project, on September 28, was aptly named Dahlicious Dress Up Day.
