NEWHAM & ESSEX BEAGLES Mo Farah is heading to the Pyrenees in preparation for the summer track season.
The 26-year-old will join six other athletes this week at the Font Romeu on the French side of the Pyrenees mountains, famous for being a training base for the UK's most successful long distance runner of the last decade, Paula Radcliffe.
UKA National Endurance Coach Ian Stewart said: "We need to expose our athletes to this type of training environment.
"It has worked for Paula and it can work for other British athletes too.
