A fire tore through a garage on Saturday night.
Firefighters were called to the single-storey building in Woodward Road, Dagenham, just after 7.30pm.
Crews from Barking Fire Station used a jet and hose reel while wearing breathing apparatus to bring the fire under control in half an hour.
A fires investigations unit was also called to the blaze which completely destroyed the 3x6m structure.
