Fire fighters have been battling a car fire in Church Elm Lane, Dagenham.
John Nevill, who took this photo, told the Post: “A witness said a woman driving from Ford Road into Church Elm Lane suddenly jumped out of her car and it burst into flames, blocking the junction.”
It is thought the fire was caused by a petrol leak.
