A Bollywood-themed party celebrated art and culture as 180 people ushered in 2017.

The New Year’s Eve party at the Ripple Centre in Ripple Road, Barking, included games, a disco and glow in the dark party props.

Community Concord’s Deepa Srinath, 33, said the social group succeeded in organising an “amazing party ambience” for adults and children alike.

“Community Concord believes art and culture is for everyone and it inspires wellbeing in the community,” she said. “Music and dance makes everyone indulge in unforgettable fun.”
