Ohara Davies, 16, Umar Sadiq, 21, and Gilbert Diai, 19, finished first at the prestigious tournament at Alexandra Palace, North London.
All three boxers, who train at the same gym as Olympic bronze medallist Boris Georgiev, won two fights each to put themselves in contention for a place in the London 2012 Team GB boxing team.
Davies won the under-60kg weight division, Diai was champion at under-64kg and Sadiq took the under-74kg victory.
Up to 300 boxers travelled from across Europe to compete in the tournament, which was staged over three days.
Trainer Cesay, who runs the boxing charity Kids Gloves, said: "All the boys did so well to get gold. It's a difficult tournament.
