REDBRIDGE Green Fair is looking for musicians and singers to perform on the day. The fair is a popular festival that takes place every two years in Valentines Park, Ilford. It is a real community event organised by local people and 2009 will be the 10th.
REDBRIDGE Green Fair is looking for musicians and singers to perform on the day.
The fair is a popular festival that takes place every two years in Valentines Park, Ilford. It is a real community event organised by local people and 2009 will be the 10th.
Organisers are looking for any original type of music or art in any form. They also welcome people who want to wander around playing guitar or any other musical instrument, or singing.
There will be three music areas - world music, youth stage and bands stage.
The fair, on Sunday, May 24, promises more than 130 stalls covering green and community issues, campaigning, faith, politics, justice and peace, fair trade, arts and crafts, ethical traders, the council, alternative, holistic health and animal welfare.
