Following a quick interchange of passes inside the area, Gemma Abela calmly slipped the ball past the keeper to give the Hammers a third-minute lead.
April Bowers set up Shadai Miller to score the second, before the hosts took a three-goal advantage through Lillie Kershaw.
Dannielle Robertson made it four before Faye Cook added the fifth. Abela and Cook doubled their tallies to reach seventh heaven.
The Hammers rattled in two further goals through Miller and Leigh Houlihan.
