OSCAR, the little schnauzer hit by a car outside Morrisons, has been reunited with its owners.
The dog was accidently struck in Wood Lane, Dagenham, on Monday night.
Fearing he had been injured, the distraught driver of the vehicle took the pooch to a veterinary surgery in Upminster, where he was found to be unhurt.
Oscar was chipped but a contact number found on the chip didn't work, so the driver emailed the POST and asked us to put a notice on our web page, which we did.
Today the owners got in touch with the surgery and were soon reunited with a very happy Oscar.
