Former West Ham and England player Alvin Martin spoke about his impressive career at a men’s health event.
The ex footballer, who is now a presenter on TalkSport, was a guest at the Just for H.I.M (Health Improvement for Men) day at Dagenham’s Becontree Leisure Centre on Friday.
Alvin spoke about his career with both West Ham and England and signed autographs.
The free event, organised by Age Concern, gave men over the age of 50 a chance to receive information about various services and activities in the borough that can help them stay fit and healthy.
