THE NUMBER of patients receiving treatment for flu symptoms at local hospitals has fallen slightly.
Figures released today show 11 people are being treated at Queen’s Hospital, Romford and 12 at King George Hospital in Ilford. Three of the patients at King George are seriously ill.
Since Tuesday the total number of flu patients admitted at the two hospitals has fallen from 28 to 23.
Four people with flu-like symptoms have died so far.
