RESIDENTS are being asked to support the British Heart Foundation to battle one of the borough's biggest killers.

The BHF has launched its 'Help a Heart' campaign this month to try and raise £1.5million to invest in life-saving heart research.

Heart and circulatory disease is one of Barking and Dagenham's biggest killers and the BHF is asking you to help fight it.
