Help cyclone victims

AN INTERNATIONAL charity is appealing for help for victims of the Burmese cyclone. Caring Outreach, which operates from Barking, is asking readers to donate anything from blankets, clothes, shoes, and tinned food, to water, tents, and cooking equipment.

AN INTERNATIONAL charity is appealing for help for victims of the Burmese cyclone.

Caring Outreach, which operates from Barking, is asking readers to donate anything from blankets, clothes, shoes, and tinned food, to water, tents, and cooking equipment.

The charity will try to co-operate with its Indian branch to get the goods into Burma, because the Burmese government does not allow in direct foreign aid.
