ORIENT defender Ben Chorley, who joined the club from Tranmere Rovers in the summer, will have the opportunity of playing against his former side twice in the space of two weeks.

The O's were drawn against their fellow League One strugglers when the first round ties were pulled out of the hat on Sunday.

Of the 48 League and 32 non-league sides in the first round draw, O's were the penultimate tie out of the hat.

Chorley will make a sentimental return to Prenton Park for the first round tie, which will be staged on the weekend of November 7. Then, the two sides meet again in a League One clash on Saturday, November 21 at Brisbane Road. If a replay is required, the sides face the prospect of meeting each other three times in 15 days.
