KRISTIAN O'LEARY'S loan spell with the O's ended in disappointment, when the midfielder suffered a knee injury.
It ruled him out of last weekend's clash against Millwall and his month-long loan spell ended this week.
The 32-year-old now faces a spell on the sidelines, as O's boss Geraint Williams explained: "Kristian has done his cartilage and it might be a six or seven- week job."
With fellow central midfielders Adam Chambers and Sean Thornton also injured, the O's boss moved quickly to sign Luke Summerfield.
