A prominent office block could be set to be turned into 19 flats.
Plans to turn the first four floors of Bridge House, in London Road, Barking into 17 single-bedroom and a pair of two-bedroom homes have been submitted to the council.
Proposals include a parking bay for each flat.
The initial public consultation runs until Monday September 5.
