DAGENHAM & Redbridge footballer Josh Scott will stand trial next year at Southwark Crown Court.
Scott, 25, pleaded not guilty to charges of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, unlawful wounding and common assault. He has been bailed to appear at Southwark Crown Court next year during the week beginning May 31.
Scott’s girlfriend Amy Summers, 22, was taken to hospital in August with facial injuries after a night out at a West End nightclub.
