A MAN was held on suspicion of murder this afternoon (Tuesday) after a Gascoigne Estate resident died of stab wounds at a Barking pub.
The dead man was named locally as "Danny-Lee", 45.
He died of multiple stab wounds at the Victoria, Axe Street, at 9.45pm last night.
A 39-year-old arrested on suspicion of murder remained in custody at an east London police station tonight.
