Man viciously attacked in Dagenham

A gang punched and kicked a man’s head until he lost consciousness in an unprovoked attack.

The 46-year-old victim was taken to Queens Hospital in Romford with a fractured cheek bone and facial cuts and bruises following the vicious assault on Saturday (September 22.)

He was walking along Whitebarn Lane in Dagenham at around 4am when he was set upon by a group of men. They repeatedly punched and kicked him about the face and head until he lost consciousness.

The man’s injuries was not deemed to be life threatening.
