Motorcyclist injured in rush hour crash in Dagenham

A motorcyclist has been injured in a rush hour crash in Dagenham.

The rider is believed to have suffered a number of broken bones following the collision with a black Nissan in Gosfield Road, just before 8.30am.

The driver of the car stopped and was not arrested.

The crash resulted in the closure of Wood Lane in the direction of Romford at the junction with Rainham Road South for a short period.
