A MURDER hunt is under way today (Tuesday) after a 45-year-old man was stabbed to death at a Barking pub last night.
The unnamed man died of multiple stab wounds after the attack at the Victoria in Axe Street at 9.45pm.
Detectives are seeking two men seen running away. It is believed they had an altercation with the victim.
A post-mortem was due to be carried at Queen's Hospital, Romford, this afternoon.
A Met police spokesman said: "We believe that we know that identity of the victim but not all next of kin have been informed and we await formal identification."
